Estrella Curiel (Brittney Star) was born Dec 3,
1990 in San Antonio Texas.
She is a 6th Generation circus performer on her father's side and
the 10th generation performer in her mother's family.
At age 2 she showed the desire and aptitude to perform. She
started out playing on her parent's trapeze and by age 3 was
practicing tumbling and contortions. When she turned 4 she met a
lady who taught her the hoola hoop act and this became her
specialty.
She now appears as a featured center ring performer assisted by
her older sister Amanda, a circus star performer in her own
right.
Brittney Star has appeared on LETTERMAN and other
international television variety shows as well as starring in the
center ring of the circus. She was described as delightful
talent and a wonderful addition to our show, Sabado Gigante
Internacional, in a letter of reference by
Maitlen Montenegro, Artistic Producer for Univision Television.
Stars of the Swinging Cradle. Amanda and Claudette
perform feats of acrobatic skill, high above the ground.
These two sisters are veteran circus performers with a long line
of circus stars in their heritage, 6 generations on their
father's side and 10 on their mother's.
MISS CLAUDETTE also appears as a featured solo
circus performer on the Swinging Roman Rings.
Described as both graceful and breath-taking in
reviews published by the Circus Report, her act shows the polish
and skills of a veteran performer although she is still
teen-aged.
MISS AMANDA, the catcher in the cradle act,
often is also seen on the circus program gracefully performing
her specialty act, The Low Wire. Now in her
early 20's Amanda has been performing as an aerialist and on the
low wire during most of her life.
Miss Amanda also assists her younger sister, Brittney Star, with
the hoola hoops act and she has worked as a Flying Trapeze Artist
while her family was touring across America in the circus.
